House preparation tips

  • Remove clutter and tidy all parts of your property, hide power cords
  • Decorate or set dinning tables, displays vases of flowers
  • Bathrooms, remove all bottles, neat bright colourful towels
  • Clean swimming pools, hoses or leaves, good pool furniture
  • Light bulbs, make sure they are working as they will all be turned on for the duration of the photography shoot
  • Bedside twin lamps, MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE BOTH SAME TYPE OF BULB, as colour and intensity vary wildly
  • Garages, sheds and storage are a great selling points, internal photos
  • Pets need to be managed as I will be using flash light stands and these can be crashed to the floor by a active pet
