Postcards Return Policy
Returning postcards for a refund these conditions do apply:-
- Postcards must be in mint new condition, not damaged
- Return postage is at clients expense
- Returns to be received within 30 days of sale date
- Client to contact Banksia Images via Contact Page or email for pre approval of postcards returns before posting goods
- All return claims will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods
