Photography Refunds Policy

 Returning postcards for a refund these conditions do apply:-

• Postcards must be in mint new condition, not damaged
• Return postage is at clients expense
• Returns to be received within 30 days of sale date
• Client to contact Banksia Images via Contact Page or email for pre approval of postcards returns before posting goods
• All return claims will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods

Prepaid photography jobs may not be fully refundable, these guidelines apply:-

• Job cancelled the day before shoot starts, full refund
• Job cancelled the day of shoot, $50 fee may apply
• Job cancelled when photographer is travelling to or arrived on site, fee $75
• Job access is not possible when photographer has arrived on site, fee $75
• Photographer waiting onsite at appointed time for access, fee $45 per hour
• Photographer arrives onsite and decides quality shoot is not possible due to lack of client preparation, fee $75
• ​Job is cancelled during photography by client, fee $100
• Job is cancelled during photo processing by client, fee $125
• Virtual Furniture editing is NOT REFUNDABLE
• Floor Plans are NOT REFUNDABLE
