Delivery of Files |  Via Dropbox
A email will be sent to you containing a Dropbox server web link to download your files. No software required, browser based, just download file to your computer and "unzip file" to view your images of various sizes

Images are processed by the photographer who shot the job, so quality accountability is assured.

Processing Time  |  usually within 18 to 36 hours
After payment, 90% of jobs are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.

Retouching |  Normal limits
All pictures are colour corrected, verticals made vertical, lens distortion reduced, camera blemishes removed.
Up to 2 "Sky Replacements" if required, Sky replacements & object removal can delay completion of the job

Complex Retouching |  Quote
On the very very rare occasions that pictures require complex retouching, it may be done internally or outsourced and a fee may apply.  Photographer will advise client of a price estimate BEFORE any Complex Retouching
